INTERCESSION  PRAYER  REQUESTS  AND  MESSAGE  for  JULY  2002

Dr. Kluane Spake

As we all know, when truth advances there is much opposition. And, as with every advance, there is always misunderstanding and opposition from those who still want to see the church function from a position of powerlessness and entropy. Because several of you have heard me preach and know the strong positions I take about the total power of the cross and the defeat of the devil -- many have asked me to explain how to intercede correctly for this ministry.  Please let these prayer directives help guide your intercession!!!

  • Let us battle from a finished position.  Let us comprehend that the work of the cross is accomplished and our destiny is fixed – the Lord calls us unto that place of completion and triumph. We must agree with God.
  • With full authority, decree governmental victory over religion (& religious people), and against racist and dis-equal mentalities.
  • Continue to declare truth, order, and structure over the spiritual environment concerning this ministry.
  • Continue to pray for 'Angel’s Friends'. I've met with a strategic planner who has agreed to help us get this book into third world countries. What we need are massive grants to underwrite the cost of distribution. Plus, we need much greater U.S. visibility and promotion. Right now, media professionals and grant writers are being contacted for advice.

Here are some further ideas for focused and resolute prayer:

  • Our prayer time must become an anticipated time, rather than a legalistic burden.
  • Always write down what the Lord tells you -- and let us know.
  • The most important time is that of meditation and listening.
  • SPEND MORE TIME LISTENING THAN SPEAKING.
  • When you do speak words – let them be creative, weighty, and purposeful.
  • Prayer is not begging or pleading. It is communion with God. It harmonizes our plans with His. It conforms our ideas to His.
  • Prayer pours out our heart and attunes our love with His. Prayer is worship. It is thankfulness. It aligns our thinking, emotions, and plans with His. It exchanges our character for His.
  • Prayer is fellowship. It exchanges our thoughts and dreams and listens to His responses. Prayer absorbs guidance and wisdom. Prayer is LIFE in God NOW.
  • Pray in the spirit and with your understanding.
  • Reap the harvest of any thought that is prayed.
  • Take dominion. Obtain answers and take action -- achieve victory (2 Cor. 2:14).
  • Open the door to creativity, (Ps. 92:1-6).
  • Obtain strength, (Ps. 105:4, etc.).
  • Move out from fear, (Daniel 6:10, 1 Peter 5:7-8 amp).
  • Obtain answers that can be seen = results, (Phil. 4:4-6).
  • Pull down every stronghold in your mind (Joshua 6:15-21).
  • Loose God's kingdom on earth and in our lives as it is in heaven.
  • Listen.

Please continue to pray for the previous requests sent last month– all of which are still vitally pertinent.

I greatly appreciate your support in this endeavor.
