Dr. Spake served as founder and senior pastor of Jubilee Church on the Island of Guam for fourteen years. She recently moved to Georgia and now ministers around the world in services, conferences, crusades, and pastor’s meetings. 

Pastor Spake has a strong educational background with a Masters degree from Trinity Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in the Philosophy of Theology from Vision University. She is listed as primary faculty for Vision International University. 

Purpose of JUBILEE: 

To provide apostolic instruction to equip the Body of Christ for the work of the ministry, enabling believers to accurately understand the Word of God, and activating them so that they can productively apply greater Truth to their lives.
