7. The base and power knob are all that's left to model.
The bottom portion of the base
MODIFY -- ROTATE (Ctrl - F10)
The upper portion of the base.
BUILD -- COMPLEX -- EXTRUDE
MODIFY -- ROTATE (Ctrl - F10)
Now
you need to MODIFY -- MATCH, then MODIFY -- MOVE (Ctrl - F8)
while holding the shift key to align these portions
correctly. BUILD -- GROUPS -- NEW GROUP them together.
8. The knob is quick quick quick
BUILD -- SIMPLE -- CIRCLE
BUILD -- COMPLEX -- EXTRUDE
If you EXTRUDE it again at a very small depth at 90 degrees you can get a much more realistic texture to the knob.
MATCH this with the base portions, MOVE (Ctrl - F8) it while holding the shift key to get it into position. Then add it to the group.
9. Now with the MODIFY MOVE (Ctrl - F8) command position the pieces where they go. Choosing 'TOP' as a camera setting (CAMERA -- CAMERA POSITION) can help greatly in getting the pieces and groups positioned correctly.

10. Group the entire construct into a single entity.
BUILD -- GROUPS -- GROUP ALL
